Railway RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Physical Standards for Male Candidates
- Lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds
- Only one chance will be given
Physical Standards for Female Candidates
- Lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds
- Only one chance will be given
